Our closing department currently downloads closing packages via the internet and also runs numerous other closing software applications for the various clients. Our closing department is readily adaptable to any software application which will make the closing process more expiditious and efficient and prides itself on their reputation for customer service, expert file preparation, and quick turnaround of files.

The Litigation Department is supervised by Alan Dubow and has a staff of specialized litigation paralegals and assistants. The litigation practice covers court matters in the State and Federal spheres, including all of the counties of New York City and the counties of Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess, as well as the Appellate Courts in the First, Second and Third Departments, as well as the 2d Circuit Court of Appeals.
